Delivery method

Safe delivery is a guarantee of successful shopping. Therefore, all products available in the Wood Sprk offer are sent to our customers in properly secured packages or pallets. We deliver the packages prepared in this way to you via trusted couriers - DHL Parcel Polska.

Important! Remember that if your parcel weighs 30 kg or more, the courier is not obliged to bring the goods to your apartment or house. When receiving the order, it is also worth checking the contents of the package in the presence of the deliverer. If you notice any irregularities or damage, it is worth preparing a complaint form.

Delivery price

In most cases, the cost of transport depends on the dimensions and quantity of the ordered goods. However, for larger orders, the delivery price may be lower. Therefore, if you are planning large purchases, contact the store staff.

In addition to courier delivery, it is possible to collect the goods from our warehouse 08-800 Pruszków, ul. Miejska 8.

You can choose the delivery method when placing your order. In case of personal collection, delivery is considered free.

Delivery time

It will take us 1 to 3 business days to complete your order. Then the parcel will be delivered to the courier, who will arrive at your doorstep within a few minutestowards the coming days.We make every effort to finalize your order as quickly as possible. At the same time, we would like to remind you that the processing time largely depends on the payment method you choose.We process orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and non-working days.

Delivery time within Poland does not exceed 7 days and within the EU 14 days.
