Before filling out the form, please read the information below
1. If you are a consumer or a natural person concluding a contract directly related to your business activity, when the content of this contract shows that it is not of a professional nature for you - you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving reasons. The right of withdrawal can be exercised by completing the form below. If you use this option, we will send you a confirmation of withdrawal from the contract by e-mail.

3. Goods collected from the showroom should preferably be returned directly to the same showroom where or at which you picked up the order, on working days and hours of this point.
NOTE: It is not possible to return goods to the salon that have not been previously collected in this or at this salon.
4. We will return the money to your account or in the way you paid it.
5. Products from all categories are subject to return, and the method of sending them back is free (depends only on you). However, if the goods you return belong to the furniture category, we recommend using the services of a professional company specializing in the transport of this type of goods (e.g. DTS Transport Sp. z o.o. providing services under the "ZADBANO'" brand).
Remember to properly protect the returned goods against possible damage before shipping them.
